One of our recent projects is building raised beds for our garden. A great way to improve soil naturally as well as fertilizing plants is to use manure. Rabbit manure is called a “cold” manure because it can immediately be used on plants and won’t burn them. Our new rabbits are providing plenty of it!

Tonight I grilled the chicken thighs I bought from Sweet Gum Farm. They were delicious. Full of flavor, smooth texture... and so juicy. I’m glad I didn’t use any seasoning but salt and pepper.
