White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

Everyone loves these soft, chewy, and decadent cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3-1/2 oz vanilla instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 eggs Sweet Gum Farm Non-GMO, Pastured raised
  • 8 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 8 oz Butterscotch Chips

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and baking soda, set aside.

  2. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. 

  3. Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture until incorporated.

  4. Stir in chips.

  5. Drop by heaping teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for around 10 min or until lightly brown.
