White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies
Everyone loves these soft, chewy, and decadent cookies.
- 2-1/4 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3-1/2 oz vanilla instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 eggs Sweet Gum Farm Non-GMO, Pastured raised
- 8 oz White Chocolate Chips
- 8 oz Butterscotch Chips
Combine flour and baking soda, set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture until incorporated.
Stir in chips.
Drop by heaping teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for around 10 min or until lightly brown.
